She was born May 29, 1967 in Ironton, Ohio to Dallas and Ann (Oakley) Fyffe.
On December 17, 2009 she married Lee Campo.
Christie was a resident of Marion most of her life she graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1985. She was employed at M.C.I. as the food service coordinator for the past 4 years, was a member of Marion Enterprise Baptist Church in Marion. In her free time she enjoyed riding jet skis, motorcycle riding, loved spending time with family and friends, and loved going shopping and opening presents.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Campo of Edison, OH; mother, Ann Fyffe of Marion; her son, Brandon Austin Brown of Edison, OH; a daughter, Kayla LeAnne (Justin) Clark of Marion, OH; a brother, Donald R. (Shelley) Fyffe of Marion; a sister, Gloria A. (Rick) Hall of Marion; two nephews, Dallas Hall of Huntsville, TX, and Bob Hall of Marion; two great nieces, Alexandra and Kaitlyn; one great nephew, Colin; and her beloved dog, Zoe Maybear.
Funeral services for Christie will be Monday, December 28, 2009 11 a.m. at Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Mckenzie officiating. Burial will follow at chapel Heights Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held sunday, December 27, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

MARION: Richard A. Bechtle, age 79 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, December 14, 2009 at Marion General Hospital. He was born April 27, 1930 in Marion, Ohio to the late Albert A. and Edith (Schneider) Bechtle.
On January 26, 1956 he married Wilda L. (Mayhugh) Bechtle, she preceded him in death on April 9, 2002.
Richard was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Was a member of the Salvation Army where he worked in the food pantry, volunteered at Love Inc., member of the Marion Aries and V.F.W. post 7201 where he was the commander.
He was employed at the former Tecumseh Products and retired from M.C.I. after ten years as a correction officer.
He is survived by a son, Stephen A. (Sharon) Bechtle of Columbus, OH; a daughter, Margaret A. (Robert) Schreck of Marion, OH; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; a sister, Mary (Charles) Smith of Orient, OH; and one niece.
A Memorial service will be held Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 6 p.m. at the Salvation Army (317 W. Church St.) with Maj. James Sayer and Brett Gleespen officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.

MOUNT GILEAD: The choir of angels in heaven are enjoying the addition of the beautiful tenor voice of Herbert Mark Jordan, who went to be with the Lord on Friday afternoon, December 4, 2009, at his residence following a six year battle with cancer.
On July 12, 1950, Herb was born the son of the late Bart and Audrey (Sheets) Jordan. He was a lifelong resident of Mount Gilead, and graduated in the Mount Gilead High School Class of 1968.
For nearly 20 years, Herb worked as a warehouse manager at the Marion Correctional Facility. A man of deep faith, he attended the Alum Creek Friends Evangelical Church.
Known for his beautiful tenor voice, Herb was honored to have sung with the Gracemen of Grove City, the Sontunes of Mount Gilead, and in his home church.
Truly an avid Ohio State University football fan, he looked forward to every Saturday his beloved team would play.
Herb will be missed by his wife, Sharon Jordan, whom he married on November 5, 1982; and by his adult children; eight grandchildren; two brothers; and one sister.
The Jordan family will greet friends from 4 – 7 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2009, at the Snyder Funeral Home, 76 S. Main St., Mount Gilead. Services celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 a.m., at the Alum Creek Friends Evangelical Church, 3385 St. Rt. 229, Marengo, with Rev. James Brantingham officiating. Burial will follow there in the church cemetery.

UPPER SANDUSKY: Richard A. Rowland, age 77, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 6:15 p.m. at Heartland of Marion.
Richard was born on December 4, 1932 in Wyandot County, Ohio to Vernon D. and Zelda I. (Barber) Rowland both of whom are deceased. He married Margaret (Brooks) Rowland on November 29, 1952 in Angola, Indiana and she survives in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
Surviving Richard are two sons, Dale (Judy) Rowland of Marion, Ohio, and Gary (Maggie) Rowland of Harpster, Ohio; a daughter, Marla Smith (Robert Leonard) of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Matthew Rowland, Douglas (Jill) Rowland, Nickolas (Blair) Rowland, Jacob Rowland, Elizabeth Rowland, Darren (Kathy) Rowland, Vincent Rowland, Joseph Rowland, Catherine Smith, and Jacquelyn Smith; two great-grandchildren, Haley Rowland and Blake Rowland; Richard is also survived by a sister, Bonnie (Tom) Jacobs of Wharton, Ohio.
Richard attended Mifflin Township schools and then graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1950. He worked at Wyandot County Highway Department for 16 years, Marion Correctional Institute for 14 years, and H. Dale Young for 20 years.
Richard was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church in Carey, Ohio, a lifetime member of the Eagles Lodge #220, NRA, and a 4-H advisor for the Bronco Buster's 4-H Club. For hobbies Richard enjoyed doing anything outdoors such as: fishing, hunting, camping, riding horses, mowing, loved farming, and enjoyed playing fast pitch softball in his younger years.
Funeral Services for Richard A. Rowland will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with Father J.R. Hadnagy OFM Cond officiating the services with burial following at the Rowland Cemetery.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with a prayer service to be held at 4:30 p.m. and an Eagles Memorial service to be held at 8:00 p.m.
